Exchanges and Returns

We guarantee every product we sell. That means if you receive an order and aren't completely satisfied—for any reason—simply return it within 30 days of placing your order and you'll be credited the full amount, no questions asked.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please send us a note at deuhlig@deuhlig.com and let us know your order number (or just the name your order was placed under) and what size you need. Then just pop the one you’re returning in the mail with a note including your name, order number, and a quick sentence noting that this is an exchange, and mail it to:

Your new size will be shipped out within two weeks. (Most are shipped out within 2–3 days, but if we happen to be out of a particular size, that can sometimes take a little longer.)

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll be happy to send you a full refund. Please just send us a note at deuhlig@deuhlig.com saying you would like a refund, then ship your print back to us at the address below with a note including your name, order number, and stating that you'd like a refund. And while it's not necessary, if you wouldn't mind telling us the reason you'd like the refund, that would help us know what we need to improve.
